Web Services at Dartmouth is seeking a Content Strategy and UX Team Lead on the Web Services team. This leadership position manages a team supporting best practices in the college community through, training of editors, consulting on content and layout best practices, and advising on information architecture and content for new websites. As the Content Strategist and UX Team Lead you will function as a content and UX consultant to departments and groups as well as hands-on editing. This position has the following responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative with departments across the college helping improve their digital content
  • Ability to define content and UX strategy requirements
  • Use your superior editing and visual presentation skills to uphold, and evangelize content standards that reflect best practices and Dartmouth's voice
  • Identify opportunities to improve our support for Dartmouth editors
  • Develop and refine training material for site editors
  • Help organize and simplify paragraphs of non-digital friendly content
  • Passionate about improving site UX and content
  • Passionate about working in higher education
  • Work independently with multiple college departments and groups
  • Lead the day to day operations of the support team and the Content Strategy Team
